Take a look back at the beers we have made.
13th Task Golden IPA
India Pale Ale
6.6% ABV – 53 IBU
Often we find ourselves up against seemingly impossible tasks. This beer here is to ease the burden of heroes.
Brewed with Herkules and Medusa hops, the 13th Task Golden IPA is Dangerous Man and Fulton's fight against the titans of beer. The ancient world was filled with pedigree, and this ale stands proud in it's lineage with Herkules derived from the German Hallertau Taurus. Medusa hops are a beast made from older gods and is a hop variety entirely different from anything derived from Europe. Soft fruit tones, including melon, peach, and mango, row in stead with the simple beat of the malt's drum. A golden demigod of a beer with a Gorgon's smile. Enjoy with a ferocity.
3 C's Pale Ale
5.1% ABV – 42 IBU
Hopped with Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus, this zesty pale ale is the perfect balance of crisp hop aroma/flavor and malty goodness.
6.6% ABV – 41 IBU
Apricot Creamsicle Sour
5.8% ABV – 20 IBU
Remember chasing down the ice cream truck on a hot day to get a delicious frozen creamsicle? This is that, but a beer. Tons of apricot and additional lactose make this sour fruity and smooth.
Aquavit Barrel-Aged Belgian Golden Strong
Belgian Strong Ale
10.6% ABV – 25 IBU
Pours gold with a soft white head. Aroma is slightly spicey with faint oak and fruity esters. The aquavit shines with botanical flavor and subtle fennel and anise, blending beautifully with the floral notes from the BGS. Finishes clean with a pleasant warmth.
Aronius: Golden Ale w/ Aronia Berries
Light Hybrid Beer
6% ABV – 28 IBU
It's a secret! Gotta stop by the taproom to find out. Occasionally, we will tap a keg of a barrel aged beer we've been hiding away. These are usually limited to 1-2 kegs, so they go quickly. Get to the brewery ASAP if you want to try it.
BATCH 666: Imperial Pilsner
8.5% ABV – 50 IBU
This monumental pilsner attacks with floral and citrus hop character immediately, and cleans up with a classic pils finish. Be careful, this one's dangerous.
Recommended Pairing: The Imperial March composed by John Williams
7% ABV – 22 IBU
Pours a light gold with a beautiful white head. The nose has a slight honey quality with notes of fruity esters. Drinks medium-light with honey like malt quality with hints of banana and orange. Finishes clean a sweet with a pleasant crisp carbonation.
Belgian Dark Strong
Belgian Strong Ale
11% ABV – 28 IBU
Large notes of figs and stone fruits are present in the nose, with a hint of alcohol. The draw is smooth with spice at the end. Figs, plums, and rye are very prominent flavors that are followed by a slight heat from the alcohol content. The hop bitterness supports the large malt bill by clipping the maltiness of the beer and allowing for a cleaner draw.
