Growlers

What’s the deal with Growlers?

Beer sales are flying through the roof; they’ve busted up some cumulus and are now on their way into the outer atmosphere of the Earth.

An unfortunate side effect of this is that we have to reduce our growler sales. Why? Because our production level needs to be balanced with our demand and most importantly of all — we need to have beer in our taproom.

Currently, we are selling 20-30 growlers a day - 1 64oz, 1 64oz and 1 mini, or 2 minis per customer. Being present when the taproom opens is your best bet. We apologize for this inconvenience. We are currently working on increasing production which will allow us to sell more growlers. More than anything we’d like our beer to go home with you.

We thank you all very much for your continued support!

The Chocolate Milk Stout is pitch black with an off-tan head and a large, roast and chocolate aroma. Thick and creamy, the flavors in the CMS range from dark and milk chocolate, coffee, and toasted bread. Cream de la Creme!

Cream Ale

Light Hybrid Beer

6.3% ABV  –  20 IBU

A soft blend of biscuit, fruit, and earth in a medium draw with striking clarity and wonderful crispness. This Cream Ale is a simple work that speaks volumes and is a favorite here at Dangerous Man. It is light in color, heavy in impression.

Rye IPA

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV  –  70 IBU

Dry and spicy, with citrus and tropical fruit notes on the nose. The rye presence widens the body of the beer, and clips the malt bill with it's characteristic peppery-spice. Pine and citrus hop flavors meld into the malt bill and provide a pleasant, lingering bitterness.

Coffee Porter

Porter

6.3% ABV  –  29 IBU

Cold press coffee blends with malt on the nose. The coffee acidity blends with roasted malts for a just under medium bodied beer. The draw is long, with coffee, toast, and smidgeons of dark chocolate. A perfect pick me up, or, let me down!

Scottish Ale

Scottish Export

5.9% ABV  –  23 IBU

This ale pours a deep copper amber hue with red highlights. Medium bodied, rich and malt driven, the nose hints at caramel and raisins while the flavor profile showcases dark fruits, figs, caramel and light toast. The subtle hop bitterness creates a quaff-ability and the balance to go back for more. FREEDOM!

House IPA

American Ale

6.7% ABV  –  70 IBU

Citrus and an especially fruity yeast profile round out this India Pale Ale. Medium-bodied, the wheat addition sneaks into the malt profile of this beer and helps to highlight the grapefruit and orange flavorings. A pleasant, lingering bitterness finishes the beer.

Kolsch

Light Hybrid Beer

5% ABV  –  25 IBU

The kolsch is light in color and has a bouquet of lemon and wheat. The style is clean and has light, bready malt tones. A laid back bitterness finishes the beer, making it a refreshing and affable pint.

Pale Ale

Pale Ale

5.1% ABV  –  46 IBU

This Pale pours a deep golden color with an off white head. A citrus and tropical aroma precede a medium-light body full of fruity goodness. Hints of tangerine and guava with a drinkable malt profile.

Imperial Golden Rose Ale in a 20 oz pint with a tulip glass of rose pedals next to it

Imperial Golden Rose Ale

Belgian Strong Ale

7% ABV  –  18 IBU

The rose pedals have a herbal, tea-like quality from being steeped in the boil kettle. The beer attenuated fully, leaving it dry with a crisp malt backbone. The tea blends with the clove phenols produced by the Belgian yeast strain to produce a very aromatic and especially pleasant on the nose beer.
