Dangerous Man Upstairs!
We are still hosting private events at this time, however, new updates have been made in light of COVID-19. PLEASE READ THROUGH BEFORE REACHING OUT! CHEERS!
Our private event space, located at 1302 2nd St. NE in Minneapolis, is a stunning 850sq ft room, including seating for up to 30 people (in light of current COVID-19 restrictions), tables, chairs, linens, beer, non-alcoholic drinks, and a dedicated staff before, during, and after your event.
- Tuesday-Thursday, 4pm-9pm
- Friday, 3pm-11pm
- Saturday, 12pm-11pm
- Sunday + Monday, 12pm-7pm
All event hours are subject to change, so please make sure you reach out at least two weeks in advance!
Please make sure to have a few dates in mind. Our calendar gets full and we will want enough time to plan a great party with you. View our calendar on Google.
Additionally, we do not have open hours. If you want to see the space, please email Mariam Jakubowski (firstname.lastname@example.org) – they would be more than happy to schedule some time.
Rates for renting out our space is determined by four hour blocks and a maximum of 30 attendees. Our rates are as follows:
Sunday – Thursday: $275 rental fee + $200 beer minimum
Friday – Saturday: $375 rental fee + $200 beer minimum
The rates above include the space, tables, chairs, and a cash/pay bar with four of our flagship beers on tap, chosen by you + and our lovely Dangerous Staff. We will make sure to choose a variety from our ever-rotating tap list and include some crowd favorites for everyone to enjoy!
Non-Profit Rental Pricing
Dangerous Man is proud to partner with non-profit organizations throughout the Twin Cities community and beyond. We can offer discounted rates based on availability – please reach out to our dedicated events manager to discuss your needs and how we can make things work!
As you may know from coming by our taproom, Dangerous Man welcomes food from your house, our glorious food truck partners, or any restaurant you order from. The same goes for our event space!
Whether you want to have a potluck or hire a caterer, we can work with you to make it happen!
Dangerous Man reserves the right to approve any outside caterers, so please check with us before hiring. Please keep in mind that our fridge space is limited, though we are happy to work with you on the day of your event to get everything set up for your guests!
Dangerous Man Upstairs is currently only accessible by stairs. However, we are looking into what we can make happen in this space – we value all patrons and aim to make our space as accessible as possible. Dangerous Man welcomes anyone from anywhere. We have always prided ourselves in working with and serving everyone in our community, and not just for a better craft beer experience, but for a better Twin Cities. We do not, however, tolerate any behavior, groups, or initiatives perceived as disrespectful or intolerant of others. This philosophy extends to our rental policy as well and we will not work with organizations deemed as divisive or intolerant.
