Beer Type: Light & Crisp

A love of lagers and an obsession to create the perfect malt and hop balance was the driving force behind this Italian Pilsner – Bilancia, which just happens to be the word for balance in Italian. Brewed with an Eraclea Pilsner grain bill, a malt that is grown a stones throw away from Venice. To then achieve the perfect balance, small amounts of Saphir & Hallertau Blanc hops were added throughout the brew day as well as during fermentation. Bright and crisp with heavenly hints of citrus and green fruit. 🤌BILANCIA🤌
