A collab with our good friends from Earthbound Brewing down in St. Louis. Owner Stuart who is himself a horse of a different color was in town during a little family get away and asked if they could stop in to help during a brew day. We responded with, “yes of course in fact we happen to be brewing our first Lithuanian Farmhouse if you’d like to add anything just bring it with ya and we’ll throw it in.” He brought horseradish root and lemons… we cut them up… added during whirlpool… the result is incredible.
