About Sweet Lou’s: Louisa Farhat founded Sweet Lou’s Craft sausage & Butchery after more than a decade of experience as a butcher and chef. She has developed sausage and charcuterie programs for a number of restaurants and butcher shops in Chicago and Minneapolis- always with a commitment to sustainable and local whole animal butchery. A passion for creating unique and quality sausages rooted in traditional technique is a driving force behind Sweet Lou’s, and we are excited to join the Twin Cities vibrant and diverse food scene!
