Brewer

We are seeking an experienced Brewer. The Brewer is the primary person responsible for making and monitoring all beverages produced at the Maple Lake facility. Under the guidance of the Production Manager, they brew, manage cellar operations, and participate in packaging duties. The brewer must maintain accurate records, follow SOPs and recipes, and manage their own time effectively.

Packaging Tech

The Packaging Tech is a key position on the packaging line, and is integral to consistency and quality of Dangerous Man products. They work under the Packaging Lead, and are part of a team that gets the beer from tank to can or keg. They load and unload packaging materials, stack cases of beer on pallets, and monitor cans for appearance and fill weights. Some cellar duties include cleaning brite tanks and centrifugation.
