Brewery Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced manager/supervisor with production brewery experience. The Production Manager is the point person responsible for all operations at the Maple Lake production facility. They manage the people who work out of that building, including the packaging staff and delivery drivers. They write and maintain SOPs, are involved with training all production staff, and work closely with the Head Brewer to manage the production schedule and to ensure all beer making tasks are completed on schedule. In addition to administrative duties, most of their time is spent making beer–from operating the brewhouse, to cellar duties and packaging.
