Flavor Notes
With a heavy helping of Polaris hops, this IPA features a nice dank, slight orangey character on the nose. The malt character boarders on english styles with a lot of maris otter and stout malt. hints of toffee and caramel balance out the bitterness while the flaked rye sneaks in at the end providing a nice crisp dry slightly spicy finish.
Food Pairings
There is a new cafe at the convenient store on 22nd and Univeristy (Sunnys). He does some really nice spicy fried rice and wantons. Delivery within 3 miles.
If you can find a really good red curry I'd say go for it.
