Flavor Notes
Pours a deep gold with a bright white head. A solid malt profile lifts one of the greatest hops around to new levels. Hints of citrus and flora dominate with soft crisp finish. Just the right amount of bitterness and body make this extremely drinkable. I'm on my third already.
Food Pairings
Anything too heavy will over power some of the more subtle flavors. Look to match marinades and rubs with the citrus notes. A simple herb chicken breast with an arugula salad and citrus dressing will be perfect.
